Her keen eye to tie strategic decisions to financial impact ensures that recommendations are tied to outcome results - that means metrics that executives can understand and trust to evaluate business success.

Andre's experience combines deep commercial operations leadership with a strong foundation in data science and analytics, built over a decade leading global teams across forecasting, sales effectiveness, and media measurement. With an engineering and management background his strength is simplifying complex processes and leveraging technology to build repeatable measurement and optimization solutions.

Henrique's background pairs deep hands-on engineering with the operational leadership of scaling and structuring technical teams. From start-up, including founding experience, to working on larger AdTech firms, he built and led Solutions Engineering and Data Analysis teams working through backend, frontend, and infrastructure projects alike. His key expertise is turning campaign & product complexity into data-driven architecture and decisions.
